Beth McDaniel

Beth is the principal of the Law Offi of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, with a legal practice in the areas of guardianship, elder law, probate, and estate planning. Originally from Snohomish, Beth is a graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law, where she also obtained a certifi ate in distribute resolution from the school’s renowned Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. Beth has been a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association since 1995. She is a past president of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, was that organization’s 2006 outstanding member of the year, and currently serves as the organization’s president elect. In 2005, Washington Law and Politics Magazine named Beth as a Rising Star. Beth is a past chair of the King County Bar Association’s Guardianship and Elder Law Section. Along with serving on the King County Guardian ad Litem registry since 2000, Beth currently serves as a co-chair of the annual Inter-County Guardian ad Litem Training.
