Refunds for Senior Matters Conference tickets must be requested at least seven days prior to the start of the event. To request a refund or to cancel your registration, contact us as 253-237-7147 or email your request to info@agingoptions.com.  Your refund will be made to the same debit card, credit card or bank account the original purchase was charged or a check in the amount of the refund will be issued to you from AgingOptions.  Please allow 7-10 business days to process refund.
